Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon individually with each client prior to work beginning.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access (e.g. store admin, ad accounts) required to complete the agreed-upon work. Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses may affect project timelines.
Pricing for each service tier is listed on our website and is subject to change. Payment terms (including any deposits or milestone payments) will be confirmed directly with each client before work begins. All payments are due as agreed upon in the applicable service agreement.
While we bring proven strategies and a results-driven approach to every engagement, DMarketingMayor cannot guarantee specific sales figures, growth percentages, or outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, and client execution. Case studies and testimonials shared on our website reflect real client results but are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for every client.
Any custom strategies, creative assets, or materials developed specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. DMarketingMayor retains the right to showcase completed work (with client permission) as part of our portfolio and marketing materials.
DMarketingMayor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, except where prohibited by law.
Discounts offered through our referral program apply only to new clients referred and confirmed as paying clients. Free guides and resources are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
